Then you are the Payroll Advisor we are looking for to enforce our “team international”.
Job description
- Thanks to a customised training you will become a specialist in payroll management for international clients. You will manage a portfolio of clients for whom you will be the contact and a true reference in international payroll. You are passionate about your profession and have the following responsibilities:
- Payroll management: coding, follow-up, calculation and verification of worked hours.
- On a daily basis, you provide your clients with information and advice on payroll related matters (legal and technical), social legislation and legislation related to HR management.
- You take care of the complete administrative management of social documents (NSSO, C4, etc.).

- You already have at least 5 years of experience in International Payroll Administration and/or International Labour law.
- Your passion for human resources management, social law and labour law prompts you to update and expand your knowledge and know-how in these fields.
- You communicate easily and are very customer-oriented. You are acknowledged for your excellent relational skills.
- You show a great sense of organisation and you are flexible.
- Independent by nature, you nevertheless consider teamwork essential.
- You have some knowledge of IT programmes (Excel) and you are interested in the various possibilities offered by IT applications. You work well with figures.
- You also have an excellent analytical mind.
- Your sense of responsibility and courage make you a person of trust.
- Next to English you have a good knowledge of Dutch or French.
