As a Legal Advisor, your main mission will be to provide legal support to payroll managers by answering their questions related to labour law and social security. You will also be responsible for responding to questions from our external clients, ensuring that your answers are complete and compliant with current legislation.
An important part of your role will consist of preparing and delivering legal training sessions for both internal and external clients, with a strong focus on clarity, pedagogy, and audience engagement. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to resolve complex issues.

- Answering legal questions relating to labour law and social security.
- Drafting pragmatic legal opinions.
- Identifying legal risks and contributing to the development of strategies to manage them.
- Preparing and delivering online and in-person training sessions for our clients.
- Updating documents and training materials based on legislative developments.
- Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Anticipating the impact of legislative or regulatory changes in social law.
Checklist of the ideal candidate :
- Education: Master’s degree in Law. A specialization in social law is an asset.
- Experience: Significant experience in a legal role related to social law, as well as experience in an international environment.
- Languages: Excellent command of French and a very good command of English. Knowledge of a third language is an asset.
- Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of labour law and social security. Ability to interpret and explain legislative and regulatory texts.
- Training skills: Ability to deliver training and clearly convey knowledge in an engaging way.
- Interpersonal skills: Strong listening, communication, and teamwork abilities. Capacity to build trusting relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Rigor and organization: Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
