Group S, a leading actor in the field of HR services, is looking for an experienced back-end developer to join its development team. You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust backend systems that form the core of our payroll and HR applications.

Function Description:

As a developer at Group S, you will work on motivating projects and contribute to improving our technological infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and robustness.
• Applying necessary agility within multidisciplinary teams, meaning, being capable of working with the "three amigos agile" ritual where the developer must collaborate around stories/analyses.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary development team to understand and implement technical specifications.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and bottlenecks.
• Actively participating in code reviews and sharing your knowledge within the team.
• Researching and implementing new opportunities and best practices.

Your Profile:

• You preferably have experience as a backend developer, but we are also open to recent graduates.
• You preferably have experience in Java and/or Eiffel.
• You master backend development, databases, and API integration.
• You have previously worked in an agile development environment.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and are proactive.
• You communicate easily and work efficiently in a team.
